140 people got together at ChangeCamp this Saturday in Toronto to "re-imagine government and citizenship in the age of participation". The crowd included techies, reporters, and decision-makers from the government of Ontario and the Cities of Toronto and Ottawa -- plus one MP.

A highlight was Ryan Merkley, advisor to the mayor of Toronto, bringing order to a boisterous conversation on what data sets the city of Toronto should open up first. The results of the group brainstorm, captured both on a wiki, and on flickr, are being compiled for further online discussion.
